Today, on February 18, our Q Telecom JSC has obtained long-awaited Certificates confirming the application of an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2013 standards. The Company was successfully audited at the end of 2021. TÜV Rheinland Kazakhstan, the International Audit Company headquartered in Germany, conducted the audit and gave its opinion.
Now we would like to talk about what this Certification is and why do we need it?
ISO Certification confirms that Quality Management Systems in a Company are implemented and applied in accordance with established international norms and standards.
The international standard ISO 9001 is based on a number of quality management principles, such as customer-oriented approach, motivation and management involvement, process approach and continuous improvement. ISO 9001 application ensures that our customers consistently receive high-quality services from us, which, in turn, is beneficial for their business.
ISO 27001 is an international standard that contains requirements for establishing and developing an information security management system to improve an organization’s ability to protect its information resources. The ISO 27001 standard contains descriptions of the world’s best practices in information security management.
